The prices quoted on the product pages include the statutory VAT.

Deliveries can only be made to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Poland and the Netherlands.
Delivery is exclusively as a GLS standard parcel. Smaller replacement parts (dampers, springs, shell-type handles and various other small parts) are also sent as a GLS standard parcel.

The packaging and delivery costs for the selected country of delivery are displayed in the checkout area.
We wish to point out that any customs costs incurred are to be borne by the customer.
