Right of Withdrawal Information

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Naber GmbH, Enschedestraße 24, 48529 Nordhorn, Germany, widerruf(at)wesco.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You are obliged to send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You can drop off the return at a parcel shop (GLS, DHL, etc.) of your choice. Please use the following address exclusively for returns:

Please note that we do not offer collection of the goods. The sender bears the risk of return.

General Information and Notice of Non-Existence of the Right of Withdrawal

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return unused goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you have received the goods in additional packaging from us, please also use a protective outer packaging for the return. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2. Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

NOTICES ON NON-EXISTENCE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts

• for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is significant or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded; for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their sealing has been removed after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated publications, with the exception of subscription contracts;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no sooner than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value is subject to fluctuations in the market which the entrepreneur cannot influence.
