RETURNING GOODS

You can return the goods to a parcel shop (GLS, DHL, etc.) of your choice. Please only use the following address for returns:

IMPORTANT:

Please enclose the delivery note/invoice (or a copy of the delivery note/invoice) along with the return form found in your invoice email. Without this information, we cannot identify and process the return.

We wish to point out that we do not offer a collection service for goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods and the risk of the return shipment.

Please use the original packaging for the return. If the delivery also included a covering/shipping box, please also use a shipping box for the return. We assume no liability for any damage caused during the return.
