Packaging and shipping costs

A flat fee of 6,50 € is charged for packaging and shipping within Germany for a GLS standard parcel. We also ship small spare parts (dampers, springs, shell handles, and various other small items) as GLS standard parcels. Delivery times

All orders received and paid for on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are generally dispatched within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us including a tracking link. Please note that no shipping takes place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. GLS usually takes 2-3 business days to transport from our warehouse to your home within Germany.

Shipping method

Shipping is carried out as standard via GLS. You can track the status of your parcel delivery online at any time.

International shipping

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Poland. The respective shipping costs will be displayed in the online shop at checkout.
Shipping to islands is unfortunately excluded.
